Organic chicken burgers
- Pre-heat the oven to 220C (gas mark 7) or 200C for fan ovens.
- Now you need to cover the organic chicken with breadcrumbs; Heat a small saucepan and melt the organic butter. Then cover the chicken with the melted organic butter. You can do this by spooning the melted organic butter over the chicken or you can use a brush to spread the butter all over the chicken. Finally, cover the chicken with the organic breadcrumbs, ensuring that all the chicken is covered.If you wish to you can also cover the chicken with some organic pepper or other organic seasoning.
- Next, you need to bake the organic breaded chicken for 20 minutes on a baking tray in the oven until its fully cooked through. To check you need to make sure that all the chicken juices are clear. You can also check by cutting the chicken partly open and making sure that none of the meat is pink.
- Once cooked, place a chicken burger on one half of an organic white bap or an organic wholemeal bap. Then add a few organic lettuce leaves on top and enjoy your organic chicken burger while it's still hot.
