Organic curry paste
30g diced organic onion
2 organic garlic cloves
small peeled chunk organic ginger
10 g organic cumin
10g organic chilli flakes

- Firstly, put the diced organic onion into a food processor.
- Then, chop the each organic garlic clove into 6 pieces and add to the food processor with the onion.
- Then chop the peeled organic ginger into quarters and put in the food processor as well.
- Put the organic chilli and cumin into the food processor.
- Finally, whizz the onion, garlic and ginger into a paste.
