Organic vegetable burgers
- Heat a large saucepan to a medium heat and pour in 1 tbsp of organic olive oil. Put the vegetables in the pan and cover them with the organic seasoning. Stir the vegetables in the pan until they are soft. This should take about 8-10 mins.
- Put the soft organic vegetables into a food processor with the organic beans, organic bread and the organic cheese. Then pulse the organic vegetables into a thick paste.
- Next, mould the thick vegetable paste into 8 burger shapes.
- Then, fry the burgers in a large frying pan ,at the max heat, for 3 mins until each side of the burger is crispy. Serve the burgers on a bun with the organic lettuce. If you want to, you could put some organic sauces on your burger. Feel free to melt organic cheese on top of your burger once it is cooked.
