Organic vegetable lasagne
- Pre-heat the oven to 180C (gas mark 4) or 160C for a fan oven.
- Then, chop the vegetables up and place them on an oiled baking tray and bake them for 25 mins until they are lightly browned.
- Next, you need to assemble the lasagne. Pour ½ the organic vegetables into an ovenproof dish. Then cover the vegetables in ½ of the passata. Then cover that with the organic lasagne sheets and then cover them with ½ the white sauce. Repeat step 3 again so you have a 2 layered lasagne.
- Grate the organic cheddar over the top of the lasagne and put in the oven to bake for 45 mins. The top should be lightly browned before serving.
