 Herbs

conventional herbs and spices are irradiated and farmed with the use of
pesticides that are present in quantities that you don't want to think
about. Fortunately, organic herbs and spices are not irradiated, are produced
to strict organic farming standards and are available in most supermarkets
and from a growing band of, well..... growers.
If you have an organic garden then by buying suitable herbs you can ensure
a plentiful and cheap supply of your favourite organic herbs. You'll also discover
the damage that a single greedy slug can wreak in one night! Suitable
herbs can come to mean 'the ones slugs don't like'.
