Organic lifestyle
Leading an organic lifestyle used to be seen as synonymous with lentil
diets and flower power. Gradually over the last few years the organic
movement has moved in from the fringes to be a widely accepted, if not
followed, lifestyle choice.
There are many degrees of leading an organic lifestyle and all of them
are good. Some choose to limit their involvement to buying organic food
for their children others may be planning to build a completely eco-friendly
house and never use anything that contains preservatives, GM or other
suspect ingredients.
Any move towards an organic lifestyle is a positive move that will benefit
you and the world around you. As with all of our sections we've added
some links below to help you reach whatever level you are comfortable
with.
